Walk With A Doc on the (future) Grassy Creek Greenway

Walking is proven to be one of the best exercises to improve overall health and can be part of developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle! Spending time in green spaces can boost our mood and health even more. Join Dr. Carrie Leathers, Internist and Pediatrician at Eskenazi Pecar Health Center for a walk through beautiful Grassy Creek Park and its unique natural areas. The park and its trails will provide the foundation of the future Grassy Creek Greenway which is currently under design and will connect up to communities on Indianapolis far east side. All ages are welcome and Dr. Leathers will be encouraging conversations about ways to find joy and be resilient during stressful times. This event is free and bilingual, but participants are encouraged to register in advance in order to receive program updates or information about the day of the event.
